My son has a 52 reg xsars, the cluch pedal is hard to press. All gear changes are ok and there is know clutch slip. On the pedal. Has anyone had this problem
Try lubricating the pivots?

Could be simply a lack of lubrication on the cable.
Probably needs a new clutch assembly and cable though, they tend to get heavy when worn out on these. Shouldn't be too expensive though.
Also lubricate the shaft that goes through the bellhousing, under the lever.
