Wife's Tino stalled yesterday. When she tried to restart, it wouldn't fire just made a whirr but then did start and she drove home. Today I put key in ignition without turning engine and there was a noticeable 'electrical/electronic' whistle in the cabin. Looked under bonnet and the whistle was coming from just behind the rocker cover, towards the cabin. What's the problem?
