55. BMW SERVICE INDICATORS: How do you re-set a BMW Service Indicator?

With thanks to M.H. of Warks:-

Press and hold trip button in, with ignition off.

Turn ignition key on to first position.

Display will light with "Test 01"

Keep button pressed until Reset comes on and Reset starts to flash.

Release trip button and press again.

Display will then change to Inspection or Oil Service, whichever
comes next.
