Chevrolet Reviews
New Cars
Good: Nice looking hatchback, promises to be good value for money, decent handling, good legroom for those in the back, diesel gets stop/start.
Bad: Petrol engines not particularly efficient when compared to the competition, automatic gearbox saps power, interior plastics could be better in places.
Good: Meaty looking retro American musclecar, 6.2-litre V8 power and sounds great, coupe or convertible, looks incredible value at £35,995, a proper feelgood car.
Bad: Left hand drive only, handling isn't particularly sharp, manual gearbox is hard work in traffic.
Good: Good value for money, well equipped as standard, available as a useful seven seater, quiet when cruising, decent diesel engine, improved facelifted model from 2011.
Bad: Steering is light, not great in corners, feels a little dated compared to other SUVs at this price.
Good: Strong acceleration, sounds great and handles reasonably well.
Bad: Left-hand drive only, brash and thirsty, expensive to insure.
Good: Neat looking Focus sized saloon, good value for money, also comes with a six-speed automatic, decent VCDi diesels
Bad: Not the most exciting of designs, hatchback is more popular and more practical.
Good: More practical than the saloon, good value for money, rides very well on UK roads, decent level of standard equipment.
Bad: Design is less distinctive than the saloon, interior quality isn't as high as that of some rivals.
Good: Seven seats as standard, easy and comfortable to drive, decent value and well equipped, comes with five year/100,000 mile warranty, chain-cam diesel engine.
Bad: Entry-level 1.8-litre petrol is a bit underwhelming.
Good: Enjoyable and easy to drive, neatly styled, easy to get in and out of, peppy engines, good rear space.
Bad: Entry level models on small wheels don't look particuarly good.
Good: Qualifies for Government £5,000 subsidy, can potentially deliver 176mpg and 40g/km CO2.
Bad: Not arriving until 2012.
