Scheme name: Land Rover Approved Used.

Warranty period: The Land Rover Approved Warranty is exclusively for vehicles that are under five years old and have covered less than 75,000 miles at the time of purchase, and is only available through an authorised Land Rover dealer. It provides a minimum of 12 months fully comprehensive Unlimited Mileage Warranty and is almost identical to the cover enjoyed on new Land Rover vehicles. Your Land Rover Approved Warranty can be extended to 24 months at the time of purchase. The Land Rover Select Warranty is exclusively for vehicles that fall outside the Approved vehicle age and mileage limitations and are up to 10 years old and have covered less than 100,000 miles at the time of purchase, and is only available through an authorised Land Rover dealer. It provides up to 25,000 miles warranty cover from the date of purchase with a £3,000 individual claim limit on named components (such as gearbox, engine, air conditioning and fuel system) for mechanical and electrical failure. The minimum duration of warranty cover provided with Select used vehicles is 6 months. However it is possible to extend this cover to 12 or 24 months at the time of purchase.

History check? The history of every vehicle is comprehensively checke. All vehicles come with an Independently Verified Mileage and a Certified Ownership History to ensure that there is no finance outstanding on the vehicle and that it has not been stolen or written-off.

Inspection? All vehicles are given a comprehensive inspection by Land Rover trained technicians. Everything from the paintwork to the performance and safety is checked. Faults are rectified prior to display and sale using only genuine Land Rover parts. The inspection always includes a complete engine preparation, a road test and final inspection before the vehicle is professionally valeted.

Breakdown Cover: All Land Rover Approved and Select Vehicles are covered for the duration of the warranty period with UK and European Roadside Assistance. This operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and includes home start, car hire, vehicle re-delivery and accommodation. Also included is Accident management service - following an accident, your onward travel, accommodation arrangements, vehicle recovery, legal advice and insurance company liaison are covered.

Exchange policy: 30 days / 1000 miles.

Special features of the scheme: All vehicles over two years old are provided with a one Year MOT Test Warranty. When your vehicle is required to take its next MOT Test, any repairs that may result are covered up to the value of £750 (£50 excess payable).
