Does my Citroen C5 have a turbo and is it causing a wheezing noise?

I've recently bought a Citroen C5 2.0 HDI VTR believing the wheezing noise was coming from the alternator, but a friend has now told me that it could be coming from the turbo. I disputed the fact that the car even has a turbo and still think it is the alternator. Does my car have a turbo at all and what could the noise be?

Of course it has a turbo. But the wheezing is most likely to be coming from the hydraulic pump for the 'Hydractive' suspension and brakes.
