What does this warning light mean on my 2007 Vauxhall Astra?

My Vauxhall Astra Life 1.8 16v 91H 2007 has a warning light showing a car and spanner. I have just had an oil change, so it can't be that. Any ideas?

That's the main fault light. Get whoever did the oil change to switch it off. If they can't, get it to a Vauxhall dealer and pay for diagnostics to see if there is anything wrong and pay to switch it off.
