Does the BMW 2 Series Gran Tourer 218i feel underpowered?

I'm thinking of buying a BMW 2 Series Gran Tourer 218i petrol automatic. As this engine is actually only a 1.5-litre, I'm concerned the car might be underpowered. Should I go for a 2.0-litre petrol instead?

It's turbocharged and definitely isn't underpowered. But I'd be neglecting my duty if I didn't tell you that there is a TSB on this engine to replace main crankshaft bearings. A new one shouldn't have the problem, but older ones have had it.
