What do the relays behind my Peugeot 206's headlight do?

There are two relays in the engine compartment of my Peugeot 206. They are in the wiring loom behind the nearside headlight in grey connectors. One has burnt out but I can't find out what they do. Can you help?

Sorry, but we do not have that level of detail for each car. I would suggest that you get a workshop manual, which will give the detailed info you need.
