What used petrol 4x4 should we get for £14,000?

I'm looking to buy a used 4x4. We are likely to do a lot of short drives - because of this we're only considering petrol cars to avoid DPF issues and we already have a diesel for longer journeys. Our other main priorities are safety and reliability. We have about £14,000 to spend. We're considering a 2014 Honda CR-V - 2.0 petrol, a 2015 Suzuki SX4 S-Cross 1.6 petrol and a 2012 Kia Sportage 2.0 petrol.
