On a budget of £14,000 what small diesel SUV can offer a spacious boot, 4WD and tow 1080kg?

We are undecided between a Ford Kuga 2.0d, a Nissan Qashqai 1.6-2.0d and a Kia Sportage 2.0d. We would consider petrol if it was economical enough, or other diesel engines, though. We do a small amount of towing with a caravan (running weight 858kg, maximum 1080kg), otherwise mainly general family use. We're looking around 2013/2014 with a budget of £10,000 - £14,000. Boot space is a consideration, and 4 wheel drive would be useful, but haven't found any Qashqai with this.

You can actually get a NEW Dacia Duster 1.2 TCe 125 petrol 4x4 for £14,895 and that is geared to tow 1500kg. Makes no sense to look at anything else: www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/dacia/dacia-duster.../?
