I'm being prosecuted for speeding when I wasn't - what should I do?

I got pulled over by police last year, and I came back on the check as licence revoked. The Kent officer then took my car and my driving licence. However, at the time I had fully comp insurance and the DVLA advised that my license was still valid. Now they are saying they are going to do me for speeding, although this was not mentioned when I was pulled over and I have three witnesses to that effect (one independent witness).

Even on court paperwork it only mentions my driving licence and insurance. Is this legal? If the paperwork is wrong then surely they cannot prosecute me. Also there are details in the paperwork that could suggest the officer made a mistake in identifying me; my date of birth is incorrect on all the paperwork, including my name which is incorrect and not complete. Now they are thinking of things to procecute me for even though there paperwork says otherwise.

If what you write is all true, then let the case go to court and plead on the facts.
