Is this Audi A3 Sportback worth £9995?

A dealer wants £9995 for a 2005 Audi A3 Sportback 2.0 TDI with two previous owners and 65,000 miles. I need to check out its previous history, but is it worth that amount? It is fitted with 17-inch alloys - will this affect its road performance and fuel economy? I have a 2002 Citroen Picasso with 87,000 miles and a full service main dealer history, except for the last two years when it was serviced by a Citroen-trained mechanic friend. The oil has been changed every six months. In part-exchange I was offered £1500, so I would need to find £8500 on this basis. Is this a good deal?

I wouldn't pay anything like ten grand for a five-year-old A3 TDI, even though there are mugs in the market who probably will.
