What's causing this strange rattle from the front of my SEAT Toledo?

I have an x-reg SEAT Toledo. I got the car recently and it was fine until I went on a bumpy road, and now there is a rattle from the front driver's side when I hit 1000 to 1200rpm. Then it goes away and isn't there when idling.

A sleeve bush to the front anti-roll bar may have dropped out on the bumpy road.
