Need an automatic car that's easy to drive

My Mum has a 2014 Volkswagen Polo 1.2 auto. It is her first automatic, having come from a manual, and she loves it apart from one thing - she is finding pressing the button on the gearshift tricky due to an old injury. She wants to swap it for something of a similar size, with an easier auto gearbox operation and a more comfy ride. She doesn't do many miles, so a petrol is preferred. What do you think she should buy?

Her best bet is probably a Honda Jazz 1.3iVTEC CVT-7. Slow, but very practical, reliable and extremely economical.

Unrivalled practicality and versatility. Plenty of room for four adults to travel in comfort. Surprisingly fun to drive, especially 1.5 i-VTEC Sport.
