Can I fit Jaguar tyres to my Discovery Sport?

I recently purchased a Land Rover Discovery Sport on 19-inch wheels with 235/55/19 105v Pirelli scorpion Verde all season tyres. I have a set of brand new Nokian WD4 winter tyres size 245/45/18 100v XL off my previous car, a Jaguar XF 2.0 diesel.

My question is: can I buy a set of Land Rover wheels and fit the Nokian tyres to my Discover Sport for the winter months? Also, is anything to be gained between all season and winter tyres?

You could, but you might need to buy TPMS valves for the 18-inch wheels. I think you'll be all right on your Scorpion Verdes anyway.
