Strange noise when on full lock?

I currently own a 2010 Toyota Auris. I am very happy with, but in the past couple of weeks there seems to be a rubbing noise from the front wheels as I turn to (or near to) full lock. Any idea what this could be?

The answer to that is do not use full lock because that imposes tremendous strain on the driveshafts. Always wind a bit of lock off after you hit the stops.
