Buying a used SUV - Audi Q3, Mazda CX5 or Toyota RAV4?

We have been looking for a family car and decided on an SUV. We have narrowed our options to:
Audi Q3 2.0 TFSI Quattro, ~71000 miles, registered in 2012
Mazda CX-5 2.0 Sport 4WD, ~70000 miles, registered in 2012
Toyota RAV4 2.2 D-4d 177 Executive, ~70000 miles, registered in 2012

All 3 cars are offered by different dealers at about the same price. Which would you recommend?

Not the RAV-4. Engine too gruff. I had one for four months. Toss up between Audi and Mazda. Audi quicker. Mazda handles better and likely to be more reliable. (I didn't think they did the 2.0i petrol with 4WD so that might be a dealbreaker): www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/mazda/mazda-cx-5-2...s
