When will the next-gen Porsche Macan be available?

I have decided to buy a new Porsche Macan S (3.0 litre petrol). Can you tell me if a new/facelift model is due anytime soon? And, if so, do you know roughly when it would be available to order?

History here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/carbycar/porsche/macan-2014/?.../ More likely to see more specials like the GTS than a facelift. Though the Audi Q5 on which the Macan is based is now quite an old model and must be coming close to the end of its model life.
