My Jaguar X-Type's clutch has gone - should the dealer replace it?

I have a Jaguar X-Type diesel 2L SE (2008). I bought it about nine months back from an authorised dealer and now the clutch has gone, and the dealership is saying it's driving style and wear and tear, and won't honour the warranty. It went all of a sudden, and I have driven cars for years.

If it's the dual mass flywheel it's down to the dealer. If it's the clutch it's down to you.
