Why is my Peugeot 306 leaking brake fluid?

I have a Peugeot 306 and I have just replaced the brake pads and discs. I noticed the hub under the right wheel arch is wet and fluid is pooled under the car by the right wheel. There is no sign in the engine area of leaking fluid from the master cylinder, nor where it connects to the servo. Also I have had to fill the fluid reservoir every few days. I have pumped the brakes with the engine off and they become solid, yet with the engine on I have to press the pedal almost to the floor to brake. I think there is also air in the brake system so they will have to be bled, but my main concern is whether I change the master cylinder of the servo or the seals?

This is corrosion in the union to the rear brake shoes.
