Mercedes-Benz C180k coupe won't idle properly

My Dad's 2004 C180k coupe is running rough at idle, but runs perfectly when driving. He has had new injectors fitted and an air mass meter but the problem persists. Have you any ideas what else could be the problem?

Reads like an idle control valve.
