Buying a high mileage X3 - manual or auto?

I'm considering buying a 2014 BMW X3 2.0D with 120,000 miles on the clock. I intend to keep it for five years. Should I worry about the reliability of the automatic gearbox and go for the manual?

If you go for the manual you will have to worry about dual mass flywheels and clutches at £1500 +. With the auto you need to get the fluid changed by dialysis by a member of www.fedauto.co.uk every 3-4 years. I'd be more worried about the N47 timing chain tensioner, though I think the problem was sorted by 2012.
