SUV buying advice?

I'm looking for a car on the motability scheme but not sure which would be the best one out of the ones I have listed. It needs to have easy access as have had a hip replacement and other mobility issues,or indeed any other model which you could suggest which is on the scheme

You have to climb up (slightly) into all of these, then bend your head because they have relatively low roofs. If you have serious problems bending, then what you should be looking at is an MPV with both a high roof and a low floor, and wide-opening doors. Ford B-MAX, Ford C-MAX, Volkswagen Golf SV, BMW 2 Series Active Tourer, etc.
