Want to buy Peugeot 2008 1.6L Auto, but can't get new one with required options. Can you help?

As Peugeot have discontinued their 1.6L VTi Auto engine, do you think it likely that they are going to bring out a new version on the 2008?

The 1.2 Puretech 110 and 130 has replaced it. Much better engine. and available with Peugeot's new compact 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission.
