Should I change the cam belt on my Fabia?

I have just clocked up 153,000 miles in my 2004 Skoda Fabia VRS. The cam belt and water pump were last replaced three years ago at 113,000 miles, should I have it done again for peace of mind? Also, will steam cleaning sort out the staining on the light grey cloth seats?
Yes, replace timing belt and waterpump again, and the small pipe that takes oil from the engine to the turbo. There are some upholstery cleaners at accessory shops that will get anything out, including sump oil.
