Four year old Mazda 6 - keep or sell?

I have a four year old (2011) Mazda 6 Sport (180) diesel tourer. I've had it from new, covering 126,000 miles and love the car. I've seen a 2012 reg "Venture" Edition for £11,000 with only 16,000 miles on it. Should I be moving mine on now?

You've done well with the DPF and associated systems of yours. Can be a lottery and with the 12 reg you might lose. I think better to leave it for six months and get a Skyactiv D 150. Has a better history than the 175, and the same 380Nm torque
