BMW timing chain failure - what should I replace?

The timing chain has snapped on my 2007 BMW 318d, with 127,000 miles on the clock. I'm not in the position to change the car and have been happy with it to date, is there anything you recommend to change whilst the engine is out?

Having read your other answers(re BMW 's) would it be forward thinking to replace clutch, DMF and maybe anything else if cost is not too prohibitive?

Definitely change the clutch and DMF because most of the cost of replacing them is the labour for taking the engine out and putting it back. If you later sell the car, you can then advertise new clutch and DMF which will be a major selling point at this age and price range.
