Three cars to choose, which do you recommend?

I'm trying to decide between three cars to buy (new). I only drive about 8000 miles annually.

Nissan Qashqa 1.2 dig T Acenta
Kia 1.7 CRDi 1 2WD
Hyundai ix35 SE

Which is better?
