Will a Jeep Wrangler cover 200k miles?

Is it true that a Jeep Wrangler with over 100,000 miles can still run for another 100,000?

An old Wrangler with the old 4.0-litre pushrod straight six could go on and on and on as long as it was properly maintained, which in this case means 5000 mile engine oil and filter changes and proper, regular attention to the gearbox, transfer case and axles.
