Should I buy a high mileage XC60?

I'm looking to buy a 2011 Volvo XC60 petrol auto with 78,000 miles on the clock. The seller is asking just over £13,000 - is this a good price?

Comfortable and high seats, but doesn't handle as well as a car. Petrol is unusual. It's going to like a drink. The original petrol engine was the 265PS T6 shared with the LandRover Freelander II. In January 2011 this was replaced by the Ford 2.0SCTI Ecoboost 240 with Powershift twin oil clutch transmission, so I guess that s what this is.

The transmission needs the oil and filter changing every 3 years at a cost of £300 and that is due on a 2011. Best on Pirelli Rosso tyres. Problems here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/carbycar/volvo/xc60-2008/?sec.../ Price seems fair, but always try to chip off £1000.
