Need a comfortable car for a bad back

I have had many operations on my lower back, which means I cannot cope with a car that has poor suspension. I also struggle to open and close the boot. Therefore, I require a car that specifically has soft suspension to avoid feeling the bumps/potholes in the road, and a boot that can open or/close automatically. Which makes models of cars that have these?

Ford Kugas, VW Tiguans, Audi Q5s, Audi Q3s, Honda Accord station wagons, Honda CR-Vs all have electric tailgates as an option. For ride quality and comfort, a CR-V on 17-inch wheels with deep profile tyres is probably your best bet.
