Peugeot dealer won't supply a new 207 CC - what can I do?

I have a contract for a Peugeot dealer to supply me with a new 207 CC Roland Garros, for which I placed a £200 deposit. However, the dealer now says he can't supply the car I want.

Obviously, I want the car, not my £200 back. but the dealer says he can no longer get the car which is still in production. I think he really means he won't supply the car contracted at the agreed price. Is there anything I can do?

Nothing, except get your money back. If he can't get something he can't get it. End of story and that's how the courts view it.
