Can I appeal a parking ticket over a minor technicality?

I was parked in a park car park recently and when I returned one hour later I had received a parking fine. The ticket states my car as a Land Rover, which is correct, but the model is wrong. Instead of writing Defender, they have written ‘Black’ and no such model exists. Can I appeal over the fact they have got the model wrong?

No, your arguments are nonsense. Read the following that tells you how to appeal correctly: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/private-parking-penalties/
