ABS fault with Skoda Fabia

Last summer I bought a three year old Skoda Fabia from a local garage, with one year’s warranty. After just three months the ABS light came on and the garage took the car back and fixed it under warranty. Their fix temporarily worked, but then the ABS light came on again, and again and again. In total, the car went back six times and each occasion they ‘fixed’ it under warranty.

Today, the light came on again. Am I to them sourcing me a like-for-like replacement car? Or, because they've paying (through the warranty) for everything, is it just a matter of bad luck for me?

It will probably be a different fault from the one they are 'fixing'. Likely to be the infamous ATE Teves Mk 60 ABS/ESP module brake pressure sensor. www.ecutesting.com can fix the module.
