How much should the VED be for my MINI One?

I have had a 2002 MINI One from new and pay £260 per year in road tax. No-one else seems to pay it when I check other MINI One owners. How can I check my payment is right please?

If it's a manual MINI One, then it emits 158-164g/km CO2 depending on tyres fitted. The tax rate for that is £180pa. If it's a CVT automatic, it emits 187g/km and the tax rate for that is £260pa.
