What should I exchange for my BMW 3 Series?

I have a 2011 BMW 3 Series convertible, manual, diesel, 30,000 on the clock. After, breaking my ankle (left), hip problems and being made redundant, I think it is time to exchange it for whatever value it might be worth now, for an automatic, petrol car that is more economical, has storage space, reliable and is easier to get in and out of.

What would the BMW be worth do you think? And what do you think I should be looking for in a 5five-dorr car, perhaps a Nissan Qashqai Acenta 1.5? I only have to spend what I can get for my BMW.

A Qashqai 1.5 Acenta is neither petrol or automatic. The only Qashqai auto is a 1.6DCI diesel. Price data for your BMW here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/used-prices/BMW/3-Series/2011...e

Realistically you're looking at something like a Renault Captur 120TCe EDC or a Toyota Yaris hybrid: www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/toyota/toyota-yari.../ Or a KIA Venga auto.
