Used Beetle has paint peeling off - should the dealer pay for a respray?
I have a 2005 Volkswagen Beetle, I have owned it for two months, with a three month warranty from the dealer. However, last week I noticed that the rear bumper has had a respray sometime (a bloody horrendous match) and it has started to peel off and flake.
I've been to a local bodyshop and been told that it's happening because of the respray, Should I take it back to the dealer and tell them to sort it under the warranty?

Yes, you can demand that the dealer who sold it to you repaints it or pays for it to be repainted: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/
