Problematic used Vauxhall Insignia - what are my rights?

I bought a car from a dealer, Insignia 09 plate 40k on the clock. The car was fully serviced and MOT'd when I collected it. The dealer put a new clutch in as on the test drive it was slipping.

Six weeks later the car rolled down the hill and through a wall, this was due to the rear disks being warped. The dealer had replaced the pads but not disks. After this they replaced both FOC.

Three months later I had noticed a strange noise, I took the car to my local garage and after investigating have advised the gearbox is faulty and would require replacing, also the timing belt and water pump require replacing as when it starts it makes a noise.

Do I have any legal rights as I have only had the car 5months and have done less than 5k?

This is pushing it, but legally you do have rights over the gearbox. Not the timing belt and waterpump because that is 'wear and tear' and typically do need replacing on this engine by around 45,000 miles. Law here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/
