I was caught and stopped by a policeman with a speed camera in Norfolk, I was caught doing 52mph in a 30mph zone. Last week I received a summons in the post. The summons has the incorrect registration number of my car on, the location is spelt incorrectly in one part, but correct later on, and the police report accompanying the summons as evidence was for someone else in a different car.

Is this grounds to refuse the summons and if Ii do will I just get the correct one in the post or should turn up at court and challenge it on the day?
