Honda Jazz spare wheel

My wife's 59 plate Honda Jazz doesn't come with a spare wheel. Until recently this wasn't too much of an issue as she was only using for driving it around town locally. But we've moved and her daily commute to work inludes 20 miles on the motorway. Although she'd not attempt to change a wheel on the motorway, I think it would be safer to have a spare rather than a can of puncture sealant.

Where is the cheapest place to source a spare wheel?

A breakers. If you can't find a correct size 15" or 16" Honda wheel, apparently a wheel from a Rover 25 will fit.
