Can I cancel a car order over delivery delays?

My son ordered a BMW m135 with an initial delivery of late April. Three weeks ago that slipped to late May and now he has now been told the end of June. Can he cancel the order?

No. Not the dealer's responsibility. He cannot supply something he cannot get. If he wants to pull out then it's worth trying to negotiate with the dealer.
