What van to use as an electrician? Must be small to medium size diesel for £750-£2000

I'm looking to try buy a small/medium van to use as a electrician diesel £750-£2000 budget

What van is likely to be fairly cheap to run and maintain? Two seats is fine,
an option with three seats would be good too.

Citroen Berlingo or Peugeot Partner. Look at how many are on the road. But the 2nd generation from 2008 is vastly better and also much stronger than the 1st generation.
