Mitsubishi Outlander - does it suffer with DPF problems?

Can you tell me if the 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander 2.0 diesel suffer with DPF problems?

Haven't heard of this. But the model had 3 different engines. First a 2.0 VW TDI (best avoided). Then a PSA 2.2, which continued to be fitted to the automatic. But also a 2.2 (actually 2.3) chain cam Mitsubishi engine and that is by far the best engine.
