How can I reprogramme my key fob?

My (3 buttoned) key fob use to work with my Vauxhall Vectra (2003). However, after a struggle with the immobiliser, I would get a PADLOCK through CAR symbol on my dashboard.

I opened the case and went to see what was wrong and fixed the buttons.

Now my key seems to have "un-programmed" from the car, the alarm goes off when I unlock the door with the key and open the door. When inside I press lock button on door but to no avail. I put the key into the ignition, still nothing. Can you help?

Try a branch of Timpsons in the High Street,
side street
or in a Shopping Mall.

No joy there, links to keys and locksmiths in
this directory:

The first two on the list apparently give very
good, very
fast and very
cheap service.

Far better than previous Vectra. Now with decent handling and an excellent ride. Plenty of safety kit. Roomy in the front. Big boot. Good looks.
