Renault Clio emitting black smoke - what's the problem?

I have a 2009 Renault Clio 1.5 diesel and when I start it emits lots of black smoke. The problem has got so bad now that thick black smoke fills the road and loss of power. Any ideas?

It sounds like failed injectors. Best get it checked at a local garage.
