Recommend a car with a tall door opening and high seat for a Parkinson's sufferer?

We have a friend who is suffering from Parkinson's and his whole body has gone very stiff. He cannot bend his head/neck. He needs a car with tall door opening, but not too low seat that requires bending knees unreasonably. We would welcome your opinion please.
