When will my 1996 Jaguar XJ6 start to appreciate?

I have a 1996 Jaguar XJ6 Executive with only 35,000 miles on the clock with a full service history. It is kept in a garage and not used in the wet. There are many on the market at very low prices but with very high mileage. When would it start to appreciate as a classic and what sort of price would it fetch?

If it's a straight six, it's already starting to appreciate. If it's a V8 it isn't. But to be worth serious money, by which I mean £10,000 plus, you'll need to keep it a few more years.
