Should I buy an Agila with a cracked bumper?

The Agila I was thinking of buying from has been found to have a cracked front bumper on its pre-delivery inspection. Presumably it is only plastic, but they don't know how it occurred and this is worrying. My instinct is not to go ahead now. What do you think?

The crack is not the problem. But what is behind the crack could be. There will be a deformable structure there and that could be badly damaged but hidden because the bumper has popped back into shape.
