What's causing my KIA Sorento to pull to the left?

We have a 2012 KIA Sorento, bought new from Border Cars. The car has a permanent drift to the left. There is rarely a moment when it runs straight, even in the outside lanes of motorways where the trucks don’t go. Where the camber banks to the right it still wants to drift left and I have to hold the car (albeit with one finger) away from the left. The car has been into KIA a number of times, the last time was for a four wheel check and realignment. The rear was found to be out of acceptable tolerances but this has made no noticeable difference. Nobody at KIA has confirmed nor denied my claim of a drift. All those on reception (and reception is as far as you can get) ever say is “car's fine now, drives straight, just the road camber”. But it isn’t fine. Is this a peculiarity of the Sorento? Or is it me?

Definitely not a characteristic of the latest Sorentos, which I have road tested and even driven to and from Switzerland. May be a tyre problem, in which case swapping the wheels front to back might cure it.
